NPC-ADMISSION TO THE MAIN BOARD OF THE KLSE

Kindly be advised that NPC's entire issued and paid-up share capital of 80,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the Main Board under the " Plantation" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 7 May 2002, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of the Exchange.
