The Board of Directors of NTHB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate and Proposed Amendments at the forthcoming Seventeenth ("17th") Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate is to renew the existing share buy-back mandate which was granted by the shareholders of the Company at the Sixteenth AGM held on 21 September 2012, while the Proposed Amendments are to streamline the Company's Articles of Association to be aligned with the amendments made to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The details of the Proposed Amendments as set out in the Company's Annual Report 2013 together with the Share Buy-Back Statement in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders in due course. This announcement is dated 21 June 2013.
