Kindly be advised that NTPM's entire issued and paid-up share capital of 624,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the Main Board under the "Consumer Products" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 25 April 2003, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of the Exchange.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of NTPM are "NTPM", "5066" and "MYL5066OO005" respectively.
