The warrants are issued pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of up to 290,488,499 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in OCK ("OCK Share") ("Rights Shares") on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every two (2) existing OCK Shares held together with up to 290,488,499 Warrants on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every one (1) Rights Share subscribed for, as at Monday, 23 November 2015 at 5.00 p.m., at an issue price of RM0.50 per Rights Share.

Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) OCK Share at the exercise price of RM0.71 and at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period"), subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 27 October 2015, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.
