The Board of Directors of O&C Resources Berhad ("OCR" or the "Company") wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Deed Poll dated 26 July 2011 and Supplemental Deed Poll dated 18 August 2011 executed by OCR governing the Warrants, the Exercise Rights of the Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 2 September 2016 ("Expiry Date").

Warrant Holders should note that the Warrants 2011/2016 which are not exercised by 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date will lapse and become null and void and cease to be exercisable thereafter.

Accordingly, the Warrants 2011/2016 will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 5 September 2016.

The Notice of Expiry Warrants will be despatched to all Warrant Holders on Tuesday, 2 August 2016.
