Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 October 2020, 6 November 2020, 20 November 2020, 25 November 2020, 26 March 2021, 31 March 2021 and 1 April 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 5 May 2021 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.2111 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.2111 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.98% to the 5-day VWAP of OCR Shares up to and including 4 May 2021, being the last traded day of OCR Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.2345 per OCR Share.
