Circular to Shareholders in relation to the:-
- Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading in Nature ("RRPT"); and
- Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for additional RRPT.
(collectively referred to as the "Proposals")

The Company wishes to announce that it would be seeking authorisation from its shareholders for the Proposals in conjuction with the Special Business at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date which would be announced later.

The Circular to Shareholders setting out the details pertaining to the Proposals, would be despactch to the shareholders in due course.
