OCR GROUP BERHAD ("OCR" OR "THE COMPANY") -
MERGER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE INTO AUDIT AND RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Board has approved the merger of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee with effect from 9 February 2022 and the Committee shall be renamed as Audit and Risk Management Committee, .

 

The rationale for the change is to enhance the efficiency of the Board in discharging its duties and responsibilities.

 

The composition of the Audit and Risk Management Committee is as follows:

 

a.

Mr. Julian Koh Lu Ern – Independent Non-Executive Director (Chairman)

b.

Tunku Azudinshah Ibni Tunku Annuar – Independent Non-Executive Director (Member)

c.

Ms. Chong Min Shih – Independent Non-Executive Director (Member)
