Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of O&C Resources Berhad (“OCR” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that the following offer of options has been made on today, 8 September 2016, to eligible persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in the Company (“OCR shares”) under the Share Issuance Scheme of the Company (“SIS”)(“Option”).
