DISPOSAL OF BENCHMARK VISTA SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF O&C RESOURCES BERHAD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS TAKASO RESOURCES BERHAD)

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company made on 11 September 2015 in relation to the disposal of the entire issued and paid-up capital of Benchmark Vista Sdn. Bhd. (“BVSB”) by the Company (the “Announcement”).

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of O&C Resources Berhad (formerly known as Takaso Resources Berhad) wishes to inform that the Disposal had been completed on today. Thus, BVSB shall cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company effective today.

This announcement is dated 8 December 2015.
