The Company wishes to inform that the Enclosures 1, 3, 13, 18 and 48 were scheduled for hearing on 8 March 2022.

 

After hearing parties, the Judge allowed Enclosure 48 ("the Plaintiff’s Notice of Application dated 4 October 2021 for stay of proceedings") and ordered that the proceedings be stayed until the grounds of judgment of Suit 603 is ready. The Judge also ordered that the costs shall be in the cause. 

 

A further case management has been fixed on 29 March 2022 at 2.30 pm for parties to update the Judge on the status of the grounds of judgment.

 

Any further material development on the matter will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad accordingly.
