Description 
DISPOSAL OF TAKASO SC (THAILAND) LIMITED, A WHOLLY- OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF O&C RESOURCES BERHAD

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company issued on 4 February 2016 (“Announcement”) in relation to disposal of Takaso SC (Thailand) Limited, (“TSC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of O&C Resources Berhad, (“OCR”).

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this reply shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.


The Company wishes to clarify on Items 6.2 and 6.3 in the Announcement that the estimated one-off, non-recurring loss on disposal should be approximately RM0.53 million or 0.25 sen loss per share instead of RM1.3 million or 0.65 sen loss per share as announced on 4 February 2016 at Group level assuming the transaction had been effected on 31 October 2015, based on the latest announced unaudited account of the Group.
