The Company wishes to inform that the 1st Defendant’s solicitor had written to the Court to inform that the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. WA-24NCC-603-10/2019 has been disposed of on 29 December 2021. As such, the hearing of the Plaintiff’s stay application on 11 January 2022 was converted to a Case Management.

After hearing the parties, the Court proceeded to fix the stay application, the Defendants’ striking out applications, the injunction application and the originating summons for hearing on 8 March 2022 at 2.30 p.m.

Any further material development on the matter will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad accordingly.
