Reference is made to our announcements made on 30 October 2015 and 15 January 2016.

Pursuant thereto, the Board of Directors of OCR wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 April 2016, subscribed for an additional 4,950 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the capital of MCSB following the share subscription, the Company's equity interest in MCSB stands at 50.01% for a total cash consideration of RM4,950.00
