The Board of Directors of O&C Resources Berhad (formerly known as Takaso Resources Berhad) ("Company") wishes to announce that Masbe Coffee Sdn. Bhd., a 51% of owned subsidiary of the Company has today, 15 January 2016, entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Makok Intl Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the development of a piece of land held under GRN 34386, Lot 95 Seksyen 43, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur measuring in area 1,492.229 square metre and bearing the postal address as No.23 Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50540 Kuala Lumpur into commercial, housing or mixed development areas.
