PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 20% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF OCR (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 October 2020, 6 November 2020, 20 November 2020, 25 November 2020, 26 March 2021, 31 March 2021, 1 April 2021, 5 May 2021 and 17 May 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 51,850,000 Placement Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 18 May 2021, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
