The Board of Directors of OCR wishes to inform that OCR and Makok Intl Sdn. Bhd. had on 15 April 2016 subscribed for additional 4,950 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in MCSB (“Shares”) fully paid up respectively and the details of the said subscription is as follows:-
