We refer to the announcements dated 19 August 2015, 7 September 2015 and 3 February 2016 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. In accordance with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements, OCR has up to 24 February 2016 to issue the circular to shareholders of OCR for the Proposals (“Circular”), which is within fourteen (14) market days from the date of letter from Bursa Securities dated 2 February 2016. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities today for an extension of time until 4 March 2016 for OCR to issue and despatch the Circular. This announcement is dated 22 February 2016. |
