Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 5 October 2021, 25 October 2021, 7 April 2022, 13 April 2022 and 15 June 2022 in relation to, amongst others, the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 26 August 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 62,000,000 Placement Shares, being the third tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.0802 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 9.99% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 25 August 2022 of RM0.0891, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
