The Company wishes to inform that the parties had attended the Court on 27 May 2022 for decision of Enclosures 1, 3, 13 and 18. Please be informed that the Court has dismissed the 1st and 2nd Defendants’ application in Enclosures 13 and 18 respectively and allowed the Plaintiff’s application for injunction in Enclosure 3 and the Originating Summons in Enclosure 1 with costs to be paid by each Defendant.

The Company intends to appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision within 30 days from 27 May 2022.

Any further development on the matter will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad accordingly.
