CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE REMUNERATION AND OPTION COMMITTEES OF THE COMPANY

The Board of Directors of O&C Resources Berhad (Formerly known as Takaso Resources Berhad) wishes to announce that Mr. Tan Oo Jin has ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee and Option Committee of the Company with effect from 15 August 2016.

Following the resignation of Mr Tan, the current composition of the Remuneration Committee and Option Committee are as follows:-
