ACQUISITION OF 51% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP CAPITAL OF MASBE COFFEE SDN. BHD.

Further to the announcement made on 30 July 2015 and 3 August 2015 pertaining to the Letter of Offer from Makok Intl Sdn. Bhd. (“MISB”), the Board of Directors of O&C Resources Berhad (formerly known as Takaso Resources Berhad) ("OCR" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on today, 30 October 2015, entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) to acquire 51 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing fifty one per centum (51%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of Masbe Coffee Sdn. Bhd. from MISB for a cash consideration of RM5,000,000 (the “Acquisition”).
