The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the conditional take-over offer from the Joint Offerors ("Offer").

We refer to the announcement in relation to the Offer dated 20 July 2022, and wish to restate the statement made therein to the following:-

In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC"), the Board, had on 20 July 2022, wishes to announce that UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed to act as the Independent Adviser to advise the non-interested Directors and holders of the Offer Shares, and provide its comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Offer.
