The Board of Directors of OM Holdings Limited ("OMH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary OM (Manganese) Limited (“OMM”) has been served a Summons to Attend Court on 12 October 2021 to be held at the Local Court, in Darwin, Northern Territory. OMM’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr Trevor Cook, has also been served a Summons to Attend Court on the same date (collectively “the Summons”). The Summons have been filed on behalf of the complainant, Work Health Authority for the Northern Territory.
