The Board of Directors of OM Holdings Limited ("OMH") wishes to advise that OMH has voluntarily changed its presentation currency from Australian Dollars (AUD) to United States Dollars (USD) in accordance with International Accounting Standards 21 - The Effects of Changes in Foreign Exchange Rates ("IAS 21") which allows for an entity to present its financial statements in any currency, so long as it is translated in accordance with IAS 21.
