Adjustment to the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants 2015/ 2020 in OSK Holdings Berhad ("OSK" or "Company") constituted by the deed poll dated 7 July 2015 pursuant to the bonus issue of 692,397,056 new ordinary shares in OSK ("OSK Share(s)") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing OSK Shares held on 29 November 2017 ("Bonus Issue")
The exercise price of the warrants 2015/ 2020 in OSK ("Warrant(s) C") will be revised from RM1.80 to RM1.20 per Warrant C, and an additional 118,856,788 Warrants C will be issued pursuant to the adjustment in consequence to the Bonus Issue, and in accordance with the Company's deed poll dated 7 July 2015, constituting the Warrants C. The said adjustment to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants C shall take effect on 30 November 2017, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date of 29 November 2017 for the Bonus Issue. The notice to Warrants C holders setting out the details of the adjustments and the notice of allotment of the additional Warrants C will be despatched in due course.
