OSK-Bonus Issue of 101,419,930 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each on the basis of one (1) for three (3) (''Bonus Issue'')

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 3732 OF 2000

Kindly be advised that the following will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 24 January 2000:-

(i) 101,419,930 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Bonus Issue; and

(ii) 25,673,086 additional warrants issued pursuant to the adjustment in accordance with the Deed Poll as a result of the aforesaid Bonus Issue and Rights Issue of Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock and Redeemable Unsecured Bonds with warrants.

As a result of the aforesaid Bonus Issue and Rights Issue of Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock and Redeemable Unsecured Bonds with warrants, the exercise price of OSK's warrants has been adjusted from RM2.03 per share to RM1.47 per share.
