Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 28 July 2021 and 8 October 2021.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 11 November 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 261,916,000 Placement Shares, being the first and final tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.0737 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 19.98% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 10 November 2021 of RM0.0921, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
