Reference is made to the Company’s Amended Announcement on 4 June 2021 on Notifications to Shareholders on Change of Venue of the Fiftieth Annual General Meeting ("50th AGM") from Broadcast Venue to Online Meeting Platform due to the Full Lockdown and the Addendum to the Notice of the 50th AGM. The definitions set out in the said announcement and Notifications to Shareholders shall apply herein.

Pursuant to the Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) on Virtual General Meetings issued by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) on 8 June 2021 and for the purpose of compliance with Sections 317(2) and 327(2) of the Companies Act 2016, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that the 50th AGM of the Company which was scheduled to be conducted on a full-virtual basis via remote participation and electronic voting facilities on Wednesday, 16 June 2021 at 11.00 a.m. will be held at the main venue located at 11th Floor, Menara Symphony, No. 5, Jalan Prof. Khoo Kay Kim, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia via the Online Meeting Platform at https://web.lumiagm.com

The Board further wishes to remind that in line with the latest update by the Securities Commission Malaysia dated 1 June 2021 in relation to the Guidance and FAQs on the Conduct of General Meetings for Listed Issuers, shareholders or proxies WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT at the main venue on the day of the 50th AGM of the Company.

Apart from the above, all information in the Notifications to Shareholders of the Company dated 4 June 2021 remain unchanged.
