Miss Qu Kien Yuen has 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, management accounting and reporting, business planning and treasury affairs and served in various industries including IT, telecommunication, and hospitality.
She commenced her career with the Genting Group in 2002. In 2006, she moved to Next Telecommunications Sdn Bhd which became a subsidiary of Green Packet Berhad, a public listed company and a major player in the Malaysian ICT industry in 2007 and stayed within the same group of companies involved in IT and telecommunications where she was in charge of business planning, business transformation, finance operations, and treasury.
In 2013, she was promoted to join webe digital sdn bhd (f.k.a Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd) as an Associate Director of Finance Operations to focus on operations of the finance department and financial and debt restructuring. Post-acquisition of the company by the Malaysian GLC, Telekom Malaysia Berhad in 2014, she was then again promoted as the Director of Corporate Finance and Treasury. Subsequently in 2020, she went back to join Green Packet Berhad as the Director of Corporate Finance and Treasury and Investments. |
