The Board of Directors of the Company had, on 9 February 2022 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 30 June. The next financial year will be commence from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2022, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 30 June annually. The Board does not foresee any material financial implications on the Group as a result of this change. |
