PARLO BERHAD ("PARLO" OR "THE COMPANY")
-RESIGNATION OF AUDITORS

The Board of Directors of Parlo wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 March 2022 received a notice in writing dated 28 February 2022 given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“CA 2016”) from Messrs. HLB AAC PLT (formerly known as Morison AAC PLT) (“HLB AAC PLT”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, HLB AAC PLT term of office will end after 21 days from 28 February 2022. The resignation of HLB AAC PLT is on a voluntary basis.

 

Save for the above, the Board of Directors of Parlo wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Parlo.

 

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of new auditors is finalised by the Company.
