 SHORTFALL IN PROFIT GUARANTEE
 
We refer to the announcement dated 2 July 2018 pertaining to the Shortfall in Profit Guarantee. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of Parlo wishes to announce that the Company has on 27 July 2018 furnished a copy of the audited financial statements of Parlo Tours for the FYE 31 December 2017 to the Parties and has notified them of the Shortfall. The Stakeholder will then notify the Profit Guarantor and Thirty Keystone of the Shortfall and the Profit Guarantor is liable to the Company to settle the Shortfall within 14 business days from the date of notification or any other period as maybe granted by the Company.
