Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 August 2021.

 

Further to the e-review held today, 19 August 2021, the Board of Directors of PASUKHAS wishes to inform that the court has directed the Petitioner and Respondent to reply the affidavit, and to file Submission and Submission in Reply according to the dates given by the court. 

 

The Court has fixed the upcoming hearing date on 27 September 2021 and case management on 4 October 2021.

 

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
