Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Pekat Group Berhad ("Pekat").

The application period will open at 10.00 a.m. on 2 June 2021 and remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 10 June 2021.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, Pekat will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia.
