Details of the transfer of 1,028,070,017 ordinary shares is as follows: (i) Receipt of transfer of 898,026,522 ordinary shares from Tan Sri Dato' Koon Poh Keong (including 178,377,510 ordinary shares held by Puan Sri Datin Khoo Ee Peng) (ii) Receipt of transfer of 130,043,495 ordinary shares from Puan Sri Datin Khoo Ee Pheng B. The Securities Commission had on 16 December 2021 under subparagraph 4.13(1)(a) of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, approved the exemption for Tan Sri Dato' Koon Poh Keong and the persons acting in concert with him from the obligation to undertake a mandatory offer for all the remaining shares of PMAHB pursuant to the transfer of the 12.73% PMAHB shares by Tan Sri Dato' Koon Poh Keong and Puan Sri Datin Khoo Ee Pheng collectively to Alpha Milestone Sdn Bhd. |
