Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Berhad ("PMAH or "the Company") 
1. Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature 
2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares
 (collectively referred to as "the Proposals")

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company:

 

(i) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

 

(ii) Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares.

 

A Circular/Statement to shareholders and Annual Report 2021 containing details of the above Proposals will be issued in due course.
