PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF 4,038,109,539 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF PRESS METAL ALUMINIUM HOLDINGS BERHAD ("PMAHB SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING PMAHB SHARE HELD ON THE ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE")

(Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 10 March 2021 and 12 March 2021 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue (“Announcements”))

We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Berhad ("PMAHB"), Alliance Investment Bank Berhad ("AIBB") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 16 March 2021, resolved to approve the listing and quotation for 4,038,109,539 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:

1. PMAHB and AIBB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

2. PMAHB and AIBB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

3. PMAHB and AIBB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed; and

4. PMAHB and AIBB are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraphs 6.35(2)(a) & (b) and 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements.
