(Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this Announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company’s announcement in relation to the Proposed Placement dated 21 March 2022.)

We refer to the Company’s announcements in relation to the Proposed Placement dated 21 March 2022 and 22 March 2022.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 23 March 2022, approved the listing and quotation of the Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, subject to the following conditions:

(i) PMAH and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;

(ii) PMAH and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Placement;

(iii) PMAH and Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Placement is completed; and

(iv) where relevant, PMAH/Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM for the authority to issue shares pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act before the listing and quotation of the ordinary shares.
