The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company:

 

(i) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; 

 

(ii) Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares; and

 

(iii) Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company

 

A Circular/Statement to shareholders and Annual Report 2020 containing details of the above Proposals will be issued in due course.
