Remarks :
In accordance with Part 1 Section 6.1(d) of the Deed Poll dated 12 July 2019, the base prospectus dated 17 July 2019 ("Base Prospectus"), the first supplementary base prospectus dated 26 February 2020 ("First Supplementary Base Prospectus"), and the Term Sheet governing the terms and conditions of the QL-CS dated 3 July 2020.
The terms and condition of QL-CS will be correspondingly adjusted based on the formula below:
Exercise Price
The Exercise Price for the QL-CS will be adjusted as determined by the following formula:-
Adjusted Exercise Price = X / (1+N)
Exercise Ratio
The Exercise Ratio for the QL-CS will be adjusted as determined by the following formula:-
Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E / (1+N)
where,
X = RM10.00, being the existing Exercise Price of QL-CS immediately prior to the Bonus Issue.
N = 0.5, being the number of additional QL Share (whether a whole or fraction) received by a holder of existing QL Share held prior to the Bonus Issue.
E = 15, being the existing Exercise Ratio of QL-CS immediately prior to the Bonus Issue.
Based on the formulas above,
(I) Exercise Ratio of QL CS will be adjusted from 15 to 10.
(II) Exercise Price of QL-CS will be adjusted from RM10.00 to RM6.6667
The actual adjustments to QL-CS will take effect immediately on the ex-date of the Bonus Issue on 14 October 2020.
