We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 25,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of QL by way of market making.

The QL-CV is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The QL-CV is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The QL-CV is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under QLCV are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019.
