The Board of Directors of RCE Capital Berhad ("RCE" or the "Company") wishes to announce that RCE intends to seek a mandate from the shareholders for RCE and its subsidiaries ("RCE Group") to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of the RCE Group ("Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate") pursuant to paragraph 10.09 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.


A Circular containing details of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of RCE in due course.
