Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to update that the aggregate amount of the financial assistance provided by Kencana Kesuma Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salcon for the first quarter from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022, which is necessary to facilitate the ordinary course of business of the following company within the Salcon Group, is as below:-

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no financial impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Salcon Group for the financial period ended 31 March 2022.
