Pursuant to the Adjustments, 69,996,015 Additional Warrants 2021/2026 will be listed and quoted on ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 14 June 2022 and the exercise price of the Warrants 2021/2026 will be adjusted from RM1.20 to RM0.72 each. The notice to the Warrants 2021/2026 holders (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 13 June 2022.
