(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Abridged Prospectus dated 23 April 2021 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Reference is made to Sections 11.4 and 11.5 of the Abridged Prospectus dated 23 April 2021 in relation to the methods of acceptance and application as well as the procedures for full acceptance and payment for the Rights Shares with Warrants F.

As set out therein, applicants may apply for the Rights Shares with Warrants F via either one of the following methods:-

(i) physical submission of the RSF (by way of ordinary post, courier or hand deliver to the Share Registrar), whereby payment must be made in the form of banker’s draft, cashier’s order, money order or postal order, and the same must be attached together with the physical submission of the RSF; or

(ii) electronic submission of the e-RSF (by accessing the website at https://www.shareworks.com.my), whereby payment must be made in the form of bank transfer, and the proof of payment must be uploaded onto the said website.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that, after taking into consideration the difficulty and incovenience faced by applicants to obtain banker’s draft in view of the current MCO, the Board has resolved to accept payment by way of personal cheque and bank transfer, regardless of the method of application set out in (i) and (ii) above.

For payment in the form of personal cheque, the amount must be made payable to “STB RIGHTS ISSUE ACCOUNT”.

For payment in the form of personal cheque or bank transfer, the amount must be banked-in / transferred to the following bank account:-
