Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 3 May 2021, 10 May 2021, 18 May 2021, 27 May 2021, 18 August 2021, 26 August 2021 and 27 August 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 3 September 2021 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.5675 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.5675 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.99% to the 5-day VWAP of SCIB Shares up to and including 2 September 2021, being the last traded day of SCIB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.6305 per SCIB Shares.
