Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 July 2021 in relation to the resignation of external auditor.
The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to announce that Nexia SSY PLT has been nominated to fill the vacancy of the external auditor of the Company in accordance with Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 for the financial period ended 30 June 2021, subject to amongst others, consent to act from Nexia SSY PLT pursuant to Section 264 of the Companies Act 2016 and the professional clearance from the former auditor in accordance to Section 320 of the By-Laws of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
The Company would make subsequent announcement upon satisfaction of the above matter.
