In relation to the Abridged Prospectus issued on 3 November 2003 for the Rights Issue with Warrants of the Company, AmMerchant Bank Berhad, on behalf of SCIB, wishes to announce that as the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange will be closed on 24 November 2003, the last day and time for the Sale of Provisional Allotment of Rights will now be on 17 November 2003 at 5.00 pm and the Transfer of Provisional Allotment of Rights will be on 20 November 2003 at 4.00 pm.
