The Board of Sarawak Concrete Industries Berhad is pleased to announce that the AGM of the Company shall be held at Deer Suite, 3rd Floor, Crowne Plaza Riverside Kuching, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak on Tuesday, 29 April 2003 at 10:00 am.


The notice of AGM will be advertised in the "New Straits Times" on 8 April 2003.

30 copies of the Company's Annual Report for the 18-month period ended 31 December 2002 together with the PDF file diskette and the annual report checklist will be forwarded to the Exchange in due course.
